This will walk you through the steps to create a new Global Administrator in your Microsoft 365 tenant, this process will often be performed to grant eSilo access to your Microsoft services to provide backups, security, and security training services to your company.

The below steps should be performed using a Global Administrator account within your Microsoft 365 tenant. Attempting to follow these instructions with an account that does not have Global Administrator privileges may return an error or you may not see some of the indicated buttons. To find which accounts have Global Administrator privileges check the Active users page:

First click the "Add a user" button in the top left to open the "Add a user" panel.
Fill in the basics on the first page as shown here.

The "Domains" menu will contain multiple options depending on what is configured for your company, any default value is fine here unless you have a special configuration requring this to be changed.
Click "Next" at the bottom to continue.
On the "Assign product licenses" page, choose the following option to create an unlicensed account.
Click "Next" at the bottom to continue.
On the "Optional settings" page, expand the "Roles" menu.
Check the "Admin center access" option.
Check the "Global Administrator" option.
Click "Next" at the bottom to continue.
The "Review and finish" page will open next, here you can click "Finish adding" at the bottom to continue.
The next page will show a confirmation that the account was created, under the user details section, you'll find the Username and Password.
Click the "Show" button to view the password, then make a note of the Username and Password. You'll need to share these with eSilo staff when asked.
You can click the "Close" button at the bottom to close the "Add a user" panel.
